What it’s like

Baby massage, baby yoga and toddler yoga classes alongside pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing sessions.

This is a class timetable rather than a drop-in play space, built around movement and touch at different stages. Baby massage and baby yoga sit alongside toddler and pre-school yoga for 2 to 4 year olds, so you can carry on coming back as your child grows out of the newborn stage and into the wriggly, climbing-on-everything one.

There's a pregnancy side too, with pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing classes for anyone still waiting for their baby to arrive. It's a nice bit of continuity if you like the idea of sticking with one place from bump to toddler, rather than hunting down a new class every few months.

The site also lists infant education and sensory stimulation sessions, which is a bit different from the usual singalong toddler group. If you've got a baby who's happiest being handled and moved about rather than plonked in front of toys, the massage and yoga classes are the obvious place to start.
