What it’s like
Paintball, airsoft, laser tag and a Gladiator-style assault course on one site, booked out as a full session rather than a quick game.
This is the sort of place where a birthday party turns into a proper mission: laser tag battles, an assault course, tug of war, tyre flipping and a go at Gladiator Combat, plus paintball and airsoft if the group wants something with a bit more sting to it. Sessions run 90 minutes or two hours depending on the package, so it's not a quick in-and-out visit, more a whole afternoon set aside.
Prices vary by activity. Laser tag and airsoft start at £20, team games are £25, and paintball climbs to £30, with corporate packages the priciest at £35. Booking is required across the board, and it's card only on site, so don't turn up planning to pay cash.
Birthday parties get the full kit: camouflage uniform, snood, tactical rifle, a completion certificate and HQ photos and videos to take home. There's a snack lunch of burger, fish bites or pastie and chips available at extra cost, or you can bring your own food. The site is upfront that parents don't have to join in, so if crawling through an assault course isn't your idea of fun, you're free to leave the kids to it and grab lunch elsewhere.
It's open every day from 8am to 8pm, with free private parking on site, indoor seating and toilets. Worth deciding in advance whether you want the 90 minute or 2 hour version, since that's what shapes both the price and how much of the activity list you actually get through.
