It's open every day from 10am, and you don't need to book if you're just turning up for a normal visit. That's handy if you're the sort of household that decides on a rainy day about eleven that soft play is happening today, no planning required.
If you are booking, for a soft play party say, it's worth knowing there's a minimum of 10 children, and the site is upfront that big groups might not fit in if your final numbers run well over what you booked for. There's also no refunds on bookings made online or by phone, though you can rearrange one as long as you give them at least 24 hours notice, which is fair enough as these things go but worth knowing before you commit a date.
