What it’s like
Soft play and a baby hub under one roof, with sessions for babies right up to school-age children.
This is a soft play spot built around two age groups: the main frame for toddlers and children up to eight, and the Fireflies Baby Hub for the crawling-not-walking crowd who need their own space away from bigger kids barrelling about. There's also baby massage on offer if that's your sort of thing, which is a nice touch for a soft play centre rather than a standalone baby class venue.
Entry is £6.95 normally, £7.50 in school holidays, and the Baby Hub is a shorter 45-minute session at £3.95, which feels about right given it's a smaller, calmer offer. First two siblings go free, which softens the blow if you're bringing more than one child through the door.
Weekdays you can just turn up, doors open at 9.15am or 9.30am depending on the day and last entry is 4.15pm. Weekends are booking only, no drop-ins at all, so if a Saturday visit is the plan you'll want that sorted in advance rather than turning up on the off-chance.
Birthday parties run 90 minutes and take up to 20 children, £250 on a weekday afternoon slot or £275 at the weekend, food bag included. Worth knowing the deposit isn't refundable, and because private parties happen on site, the normal opening and closing times can shift around them.
