What it’s like

An indoor inflatable arena with assault courses, a drop-slide cliff jump and climbing walls for toddlers up to adults.

This one's an inflatable park rather than a soft play, and the scale shows in what's on offer: an assault course, a climbing wall, a maze, a volcano, a pop up forest and the cliff jump drop slide that's clearly the one to save for last. There's a trampoline to air bag section too, plus PS5 and Xbox games if anyone needs a breather from bouncing.

Sessions run 60 or 120 minutes, booked online, and it pays to book ahead since walk-in prices are higher and off-peak slots undercut peak ones by a few pounds either way. Under-5s can go in, but they need a participating adult with them the whole time on a one-to-one basis, which bumps the price up a bit for that ticket type. There are also dedicated Toddler Time sessions for the under-5s, supervised at a 1:3 ratio, which sounds like the better bet if you've got a toddler who'd get flattened by bigger kids on the main arena.

Turn up at least 20 minutes early. They're strict about it: if the place is busy and you're late, you only get what's left of your session and there's no refund for the lost time. Socks have to be clean and non-grip, no trampoline park socks and definitely no bare feet, so pack a spare pair. Everyone bouncing needs a waiver, valid for a year once you've done it, and under-16s need a parent or guardian to fill theirs in.

If you'd rather watch than bounce, the café viewing area is free and has wifi, so a grandparent or a parent with a baby in arms can sit it out without paying for a ticket. Parking's free with 100 spaces on site, and the café upstairs does hot and cold food plus a sweet shop for the inevitable after-bounce sugar low. Term time opening is a bit patchy though, closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so check which day you're planning around.

Plan your visit

How much does it cost?

A 60 minute open bounce session is £13 to £14 online depending on peak or off-peak, and £18 to £19 for 120 minutes. Under-5s bouncing with an adult cost a bit more since that's a joint ticket.

Do we need to book?

Booking online is recommended and works out cheaper than paying on the door. Sessions can close off early if nothing's pre-booked, so don't assume you can just turn up.

What's the minimum age?

Walking or toddling age, but babies in arms aren't allowed at all. Under-5s must have a participating adult with them one-to-one, or you can book a Toddler Time session instead.

What are Toddler Time sessions?

Specialised sessions for children up to age 5, supervised at a 1:3 ratio rather than the usual open bounce free-for-all.

What do kids actually do there?

Assault course, climbing wall, maze, energiser, volcano, pop up forest and a cliff jump drop slide, plus a trampoline to air bag area.

Can I just watch without bouncing?

Yes, spectators can sit in the café viewing area for free, and the wifi's free too.

What should we wear?

Clean, non-grip normal socks, no trampoline park socks and no bare feet. Leave anything sharp at home or in the car.

What happens if we're late?

If it's busy, you'll only get whatever's left of your booked session with no refund. Arrive at least 20 minutes early to avoid losing time.

Is there parking?

Free on-site parking with 100 spaces.

What's there to eat?

A café on the mezzanine does hot and cold dishes and snacks, plus there's a sweet shop for ice cream and slush.

Do we need a waiver?

Every participant needs one, valid for 12 months once completed. Under-16s need a parent or guardian to fill it in for them.

Do they do birthday parties?

Several formats including Bounce N Party and Mega Party, plus themed options and toddler parties at weekends. A £100 deposit is required and party extras need booking in advance, not added on the day.
