What it’s like
Axe throwing, crazy golf and karaoke booths near Oxford Street, best treated as a teen treat, not a toddler outing.
Axe throwing with a screen tracking your score, mini golf with a twist, shuffleboard, pool, karaoke booths you can hide in with a microphone and your dignity. Games start from £5 and most are priced per person, so a group of six trying two or three activities adds up fast. There's a £27.50 bundle if you want to bunch a few games together without doing the maths yourself.
This is one for the older kids. Under-16s need an adult with them at all times, and after 7pm it switches to strictly over-18s, so if you've got a family group with teenagers, an afternoon slot is the one to book. ID gets checked on anyone who looks under 25, Challenge 25 style, which catches out more adults than you'd think.
Food is street style, burgers, chicken tenders, fries, small plates, and you can eat and drink while you're mid game if you don't mind ketchup near the axe throwing screen. It's a card only venue, no cash accepted anywhere. Walk-ins are fine but booking ahead is worth it for evenings and weekends, and there's a £10 per person charge if you no-show, cancel late or turn up more than 15 minutes behind schedule, which is a proper faff if your tube gets delayed.
It's a short walk from Tottenham Court Road station, and there's a parking discount at nearby Q Parks if you're driving in. Birthday and hen or stag packages are on offer, and in bigger groups the birthday person or the hen or stag goes free, which softens the per-person cost a bit.

Plan your visit
How much does it cost?
Games start at £5 each, but they're mostly priced per person so a group session on two or three games can climb quickly. The £27.50 bundle is the easier way to budget for an evening.
Do we need to book ahead?
Walk-ins are welcome but evenings and weekends fill up, so booking locks in your slot. Cancel with under 24 hours notice or turn up 15 minutes late and it's £10 a head.
Is it suitable for young kids?
Not really the vibe for a toddler. Under-16s can go but need an adult glued to them the whole time, and it's over-18s only after 7pm.
Can teenagers go?
During the day, yes, alongside an adult. Anyone who looks under 25 gets carded, so bring ID even if you're well past school age.
What's there to eat?
Burgers, chicken tenders, fries and small plates, plus cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. You can eat while you play, which is handy given how long a round of crazy golf can drag on.
Can we pay by cash?
Card or contactless only, no cash taken anywhere in the venue.
Is there parking nearby?
Q Parks nearby offer 25% off with a code, useful given how central this spot is.
How do we get there?
Tottenham Court Road tube is a few minutes' walk, easiest option if you're coming from anywhere else in London.
Can we book a birthday party?
Birthday, hen and stag packages are all available. In a group of six or more, the birthday person or the hen or stag goes free, which takes the sting out of the per-head prices.
Do we have to book games to visit at all?
No, you can just turn up for food and drinks without touching a single game.
Can we add more people or games once we're there?
More games on the night are fine if there's space, and you can add people to a booking as long as it doesn't go over the game's player limit.
