What it’s like

Sensory play, baby massage and music sessions for babies and toddlers up to four, with first birthday parties too.

These are the classes built around what a baby can actually do at each stage, from massage and tummy time with the smallest babies through to proper movement and dancing once they're up and walking. Expect bespoke sensory props, singing and music woven through the session rather than tacked on at the end, which matters when you've got a six-month-old whose attention span is roughly the length of one nursery rhyme.

The age range runs right up to four, so this isn't just a newborn thing you age out of after six months. It suits a wobbly-standing eight-month-old just as much as a toddler who wants to dance properly, and the sensory play side gives younger babies something to focus on while older ones get the movement bit they actually need.

They also run birthday parties for first birthdays, which is a nice touch if you want the milestone marked with the same sensory and music setup rather than organising something from scratch yourself.
