What it’s like
One-to-one lessons in guitar, piano, ukulele or banjo, with singing lessons too if that's more your child's thing.
You pick the instrument, they teach it one-to-one. Guitar, ukulele, banjo, mandolin, Irish bouzouki, piano and keyboard, or singing if your kid would rather use their voice than their fingers. Thirteen courses in all, and every one of them starts with a beginner, so nobody's turning up feeling behind.
A single lesson is £18, which adds up fast if your child sticks with it. That's where the advance packs earn their keep: buy four lessons and it drops to £16 each, buy ten and it's £14 each. Group lessons are cheaper too if you can find another family to split a slot with, useful if siblings both fancy having a go.
The office runs long hours, 10am to 10pm, and lessons themselves are on offer from midday through to 9pm on weekdays and 11 to 8 at weekends, so there's room to fit round school and clubs without everyone being shattered by bedtime. There's no booking link online, so getting a slot means picking up the phone or dropping them a message directly.
