Outdoor Gyms & Trim Trails in Liverpool
Trim trails proper aren't really the story here, but Liverpool's outdoor and activity spaces still give you plenty to aim for. FireFit Youth and Community Hub, a few kilometres out from the centre, has football, basketball, dance and gaming under one roof, plus a gym and a café that only opens a few mornings a week. Out at Crosby Lakeside Adventure Centre, it's kayaking, paddleboarding and open water swimming on the lake, with youth adventure days running in the school holidays. If you've got younger kids, FireFit's indoor setup means you're not fighting the weather, and the café makes it easier to linger, just check it's one of its open mornings first. Crosby suits older kids better, since it's built for ages up to sixteen and everything happens outdoors on the water. It's also the one with accessible toilets, lockers and wheelchair access, handy if you need those. Neither will give you a classic trim trail, but between the two you've got indoor energy and outdoor adventure covered.
