Sound Bath

A free relaxing sound bath with guided meditation at Warrington Museum and Art Gallery, for over-16s.

Head along to Warrington Museum and Art Gallery for a Sound Bath session led by Mo from Soul Space studios. Set in the gently lit art gallery, you're guided through soothing sounds and meditation to help you properly unwind, over an hour of calm in total. Bring whatever helps you get comfortable, such as a yoga mat, cushion, eye mask or blanket. This one is for over-16s only and isn't suitable for pregnant people. It's free to attend thanks to Lottery funding, but you'll need to book your place by emailing Amanda Moore ahead of time.
