What it’s like
Indoor soft play with a multi-storey frame, slides and a gymnastics sprung floor, split by age so crawlers stay clear of the big kids.
The big frame is the main event here, with slides and a ball pit that'll keep a four to nine-year-old busy, plus a trampoline fast track and an actual gymnastics sprung floor for the ones who want to properly launch themselves about. Younger siblings get their own 0-3 area with a ball pit and a crawlers section, so a nine-month-old and a seven-year-old can both be happy at once without anyone getting flattened.
Sessions run 1 hour 45 minutes, starting at 9:30am, 11:30am and 1:30pm, with an extra 3:30pm slot at weekends. You're free to arrive and leave whenever suits within that window, which takes the pressure off if you've got a toddler who naps unpredictably. Pricing shifts between peak and off-peak, and it's not pocket change for the older band at £9.55 off-peak and £8.45 peak for a 4-9 year old, though adults get in for £1.60, which is fair enough.
Socks are compulsory for every child and every adult going in with them, so that's one more thing to remember before you leave the house. There's a proper café doing hot and cold food until 5:30pm and a smaller front café for cakes and drinks, but outside food isn't allowed in, so skip the packed lunch. Parking is genuinely tight, with limited spaces to the side and rear and double yellow lines on the surrounding roads, worth building in a few extra minutes to find somewhere legal.
Birthday parties are on offer for the 0-5 crowd with 1h 45m of play, catered food and unlimited squash thrown in, and there's a separate VIP private hire option for six and up on weekend afternoons if you want the place more to yourselves.

Plan your visit
How much does it cost?
It depends on age and whether you go peak or off-peak. A 4-9 year old is £9.55 off-peak or £8.45 peak, toddlers 1-3 are £8.35 or £7.45, and adults are just £1.60.
Do we need to book?
Walk-ins are fine but they can fill up, so booking ahead is the safer bet if you don't want to be turned away.
How long do we get?
Sessions are 1 hour 45 minutes, starting at 9:30am, 11:30am and 1:30pm, with a 3:30pm slot added at weekends. You can turn up and leave any time within your session.
What are the opening hours?
Monday to Friday it's 9:30am to 3:15pm, and Saturday and Sunday it's 9:30am to 5:15pm, though this can shift around private hire bookings.
Is it suitable for a baby or toddler?
Yes, there's a dedicated 0-3 area with its own ball pit and a separate crawlers section, away from the bigger kids on the main frame.
Can we bring our own food?
Outside food isn't allowed. There's a Den Café doing hot and cold food until 5:30pm, plus a smaller front café for cakes and drinks.
Do we need socks?
Every child and every supervising adult has to wear socks on the soft play, mainly because of the slides.
Is there parking?
It's limited, with a small amount of space to the side and rear of the building. The surrounding roads have double yellow lines, so on-road parking isn't really an option.
Do you do birthday parties?
There's a package for 0-5 year olds with 1h 45m of play, catered food and unlimited squash included. There's also a VIP private hire option for six and up on weekend afternoons.
What age range is the soft play for?
It's set up for 0 to 9 year olds, with different areas so the equipment suits the age using it.
What's there for older kids in the 4-9 range?
The multi-storey play frame, slides, a trampoline fast track and a full-sized gymnastics sprung floor are all aimed at the older end.
