What it’s like
Hands-on pottery wheel sessions for one or two people, plus birthday parties, running weekdays into the evening.
This is a proper potters wheel setup rather than the paint-a-plate type of place. Kids get a go on the wheel itself, either one to one or two to one, turning a lump of clay into something that vaguely resembles a bowl by the end of it. That hands-on bit is the whole draw here, and it's a different kind of session to the sit-down-and-paint studios you get elsewhere.
Birthday parties are on offer too, so if your child is the type who'd rather get their hands dirty than blow out candles in a soft play unit, this is worth a look. The site lists pottery turning workshops as a separate option to the wheel sessions, so there's a bit of choice depending on what your child fancies doing on the day.
Opening hours run Monday to Friday, ten in the morning until seven at night, which gives you a decent window to fit a session round school pickup or a half term afternoon. There's nothing on weekend opening, so this is one to plan for a weekday rather than a spontaneous Saturday outing.

What do kids actually do there?
They get on the potters wheel, either in a one to one session or two to one with a friend or sibling. There are also pottery turning workshops as a separate option.
Can we book a birthday party?
Yes, children's parties are on offer alongside the regular wheel sessions.
What are the opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm. Nothing listed for weekends, so it's a weekday visit.
Do we need to book ahead?
There's no booking link given, so you'd want to get in touch directly to sort a session or party slot.
