What it’s like
Adults-only studio for breathwork, yoga and Fire and Ice sessions, sold as block passes or a monthly membership.
This is an adults-only studio, so it's not one for bringing children along. What's on offer is breathwork and yoga classes plus Fire and Ice sessions, which pair sauna heat with a cold plunge and seem to be the thing people build a routine around.
Nobody's selling single drop-in sessions here. You buy into a block pass, £36 for six weeks of yoga up to £50 for the Fire & Ice pass, or you commit properly with the Mind, Body & Soul membership at £75 a month, minimum three months, which gets you into everything including the open sauna sessions. That three-month tie-in is worth weighing up before you sign, it's not a casual one-off booking.
Hours shift a fair bit through the week. Weekdays mostly run 7am to 8pm, though Tuesday starts a little later at 9am and Friday shuts up shop at 2pm. Weekends are much shorter windows, Saturday morning 9 to 11.30, Sunday just 9 to 10, so if you're picturing a lazy Sunday drop-in you'll need to be there early and out fast.
