What it’s like
Headphones on, music blaring only in your ears, while the kids dance through games and challenges wherever you host the party.
This is a party that comes to you. Silent Adventures turns up with headphones for everyone and runs a dance party where the only sound in the room is whatever's coming through your ears, which means the grown-ups next door don't have to hear a single beat. Kids follow along with routines and get stuck into interactive adventure games and dancing challenges, and from what they describe it's as much about the games as the dancing itself.
It's built for ages 5 to 12, and runs 60 to 90 minutes, which feels about the right stretch before headphones start slipping off and attention wanders. There's no strict cap on numbers either, standard packages are priced for up to 20 children, with bigger groups catered for too if you've got half the class coming.
You don't need to book a hall specially for this. They'll come to a party venue, a community hall, or straight to your own living room, so the venue hunt is one less thing to sort. Once your child hits 12, the format changes entirely: it becomes an hour-long outdoor roaming silent disco adventure instead, though under 16s still need an adult keeping an eye on things.
At £195 for the main kids package, it's a proper party spend rather than a cheap Saturday afternoon, but you're paying for someone else to bring the entertainment and run it, not just drop off some balloons.
