Brittain Berries at School Farm on Ollerton Road, Retford, is a soft-fruit and pumpkin farm with tearooms and a farm shop on site. No entry or parking fee; you pay for produce. Cash and card. Gates closed until 10:00 when open.
The farm is temporarily closed until October for pick-your-own pumpkins. Soft fruit, sunflowers and the maze run in summer when the season is on. Weather and sold-out produce can close the gates - check Facebook School Farm Soft Fruit before you travel. No picnics (food is served on site). Dogs on leads at the edge of the field only.
Produce is priced by weight or size on site - ask in the farm shop for what's current.
