What it’s like
Pick your own pumpkins or sunflowers, get lost in a 1.5 acre maze, then hit the bug house and pedal tractors.
This is a proper field-based day out, and it shows. The 1.5 acre AMAZE MAZE is the headline bit, big enough that you might actually lose each other for a while, and there's a Creepy Crawley Bug House and an Amazing Pumpkin House to duck into as well. Kids can pick their own pumpkins or sunflowers depending on the season, drive a pedal tractor, dig about in the sand play area, and pose in the giant chairs for the photo you'll end up using as your phone background.
There's a crafts tent too, with pumpkin painting and Harry Potter-themed crafts, plus face painting if you've got the patience to queue for it. It's outdoor and hands-on throughout, so it suits kids who like to potter and explore rather than sit still, though there's enough variety across the maze, bug house and craft activities to fill a good few hours.
Worth knowing before you set off: this is a field, not a car park with a bit of grass. Prams and wheelchairs manage fine in dry summer weather but the terrain isn't guaranteed, and they actually recommend baby carriers over pushchairs for smaller kids. There's no proper indoor shelter either, just an open-sided marquee with picnic benches, so a rainy day here is a genuinely different experience to a sunny one.
Food-wise you're well looked after, with Greek street food, wood-fired pizza and ice cream among the vendors on site. Parking's free and there's plenty of it, including disabled bays right by the entrance, and there's a bus stop opposite if you'd rather not drive. Gates close for last entry at 4pm with a 5pm finish, so a morning start gives you the most breathing room.

Plan your visit
How long should we plan to stay?
There's enough here, between the maze, bug house, crafts and pumpkin picking, to fill a good few hours. Last entry is 4pm with the day finishing at 5pm.
Is it OK for a pushchair?
It's fine in dry summer weather, but the ground is a field so it isn't guaranteed underfoot. They actually recommend baby carriers over prams for small children.
What if it rains?
There's a marquee with picnic benches to shelter under, but it's open-sided rather than a proper indoor space, so a wet day changes things.
Is there food on site?
Yes, a few different vendors including Greek street food, wood-fired pizza and ice cream.
Do we need to book ahead?
There's no booking link listed, so it looks like you can just turn up.
Is there parking?
Plenty of it, and it's free, with disabled bays right next to the entrance.
Can we get there without a car?
There's a bus route with a stop just opposite the entrance.
Is it accessible for wheelchairs?
There are disabled parking bays by the entrance, accessible toilets and baby change, but the field terrain means it works best when the ground's dry.
