What it’s like
A retro arcade packed with sim racing rigs, light-up air hockey and a jump scare ride for the brave.
This is a proper arcade, not a couple of fruit machines in a corner. You've got sim racing rigs to fight over, light up air hockey, foosball and pool tables, plus a portable shooting range if you fancy something different. The Terror Tracks jump scare ride is the bit everyone will be talking about on the way home, and the Hang Tough Challenge bar and Light Wars Reaction Game give the competitive ones something to actually compete over.
There's a Retro Rush challenge game too, and retro sweets on hand for when you need a sugar top-up between rounds. Some of the games have age restrictions, so it's not a free-for-all for the youngest visitors, worth knowing if you've got a mixed-age group and someone gets told they're too small for something.
You'll need to book ahead. The booking fee is non-refundable but transferable, and it comes off your total price. They're open every day, effectively around the clock, which makes it an easy one to slot into a birthday party or a group booking whenever suits.
