What it’s like
You've got 60 minutes to crack codes and puzzles across themed escape rooms, from Titanic to Jack the Ripper.
You book a room, a theme and a 60 minute clock, then work as a group to find the codes and puzzles that get you out. Themes on offer include Titanic, Jack the Ripper and Casino Heist, so you can pick something moody or something a bit more playful depending on who you're bringing along. Each room takes between 2 and 7 players, and the price scales with the group, from £56 for two up to £161 for seven.
Age restrictions vary by room rather than being one blanket rule, so the room you fancy is the one to check for its own limit before you book. They run every day from 10am to 10pm, and they want you there 15 minutes before your slot starts, because the games run on a schedule and turning up late just eats into your own hour rather than delaying anyone else's.
Not every room works for wheelchair users. Spellbound and Haunted Mansion are accessible, but Titanic, Jack the Ripper and Casino Heist are not, so that's a factor if you're choosing on a theme you like the sound of but someone in your group uses a wheelchair.
Cancelling is fine if you do it a week or more out, but leave it inside seven days and there's a £25 fee, and inside 24 hours you lose the booking entirely with no refund. There's a 10% discount code for weekday daytime slots (Monday to Thursday, 10am to 5pm) if you can get a group together outside the evening rush.

What if we need to cancel?
Free up to 7 days before your slot. Between 7 days and 24 hours it's a £25 fee, and inside 24 hours the booking is forfeit with no refund.
