What it’s like

Drop-in massage treatments, yoga workshops and the odd seasonal event at a wellbeing studio open long hours, seven days a week.

This is a wellbeing studio rather than an activity venue, so the adults are the ones booking in here. Treatments run from a quick 30 minutes at £35 up to a full 90 minutes at £85 for non-members, which gives you a fair range depending on whether you want a proper reset or just a lunchtime top-up. They also run workshops, including a Jivamukti Yoga Method series you can do as a single £40 session or book all three for £100, which works out cheaper if you know you'll want the full set.

There's an Equinox Celebration event listed at £20, so it's not just treatments on the table if you fancy something seasonal and a bit different. The site is upfront about its mission too: keeping holistic wellbeing affordable and treating practitioners fairly, which is a nice thing to know you're supporting when you hand over your card.

Opening hours are generous. Weekdays run 7:30am to 9pm and weekends 9am to 7pm, so an early session before work or a lazy Sunday slot both work. One thing to note if you're booking ahead: the studio is switching booking systems at the end of August 2026, moving from the Mindbody app to a new system called Zengrove. Your details carry over automatically, you'll just need to set a new password, and booking through the website stays the same either way.
