What it’s like
Forest trails, den building and inflatables days for school-age kids, booked by the half, short or full day.
Days here run around forest trails and wild play, den building, tree climbing and the odd round of cartwheels, mixed in with sports, crafts and slime making when the weather's not cooperating. There are themed special days too, with inflatables, dance and games thrown in, so the same week can swing from muddy knees to bouncy castles without much warning.
Booking is properly flexible: a half day from 9am to 1pm is £20, a short day to 3pm is £30, and a full day from 8am to 6pm is £40. You book online as and when you need it, no requirement to commit to a whole week, and siblings get 10% off automatically. That flexibility is handy if your week's a patchwork of grandparents and work-from-home days, though it does mean you're booking each session yourself rather than setting and forgetting.
Snacks and water are provided, plus the odd treat, but lunch is down to you and it has to be nut-free, no exceptions. Worth knowing before you book: cancelling on the day itself doesn't get refunded, since staffing has to hit Ofsted ratios regardless, and if your child's had a vomiting or diarrhoea bug they need to sit out 48 hours before coming back. Places do fill up fast and there's no formal waiting list, so if the dates suit, it's better to book early rather than hope for a late spot.
It suits the primary school age range well, three up to eleven, and runs across several school venues in and around Stockport including Bramhall. Kids with additional needs are welcome, they just ask you to email ahead so they can plan properly for your child.
