What it’s like

Eighteen holes of dinosaur-themed adventure golf in Nottingham, open long hours and floodlit for evening rounds.

This is an eighteen-hole round, not a quick five minutes with a putter, so build that into your day. It's outdoors and floodlit, which matters more than it sounds: weekday hours run right up to 10pm, so it's not just a daytime thing if you fancy a round after tea.

There's a café on site if you want a drink or something to eat before or after your round. Pricing is per person rather than a flat family rate unless you go for one of their set deals: £9 for an adult, £6 for a junior, or £8 if anyone in your group is a student. If there's four or five of you, the family tickets work out better: £26 for two adults and two juniors, or £30 if you've got three kids in tow.

Weekends run shorter hours than weekdays, 8am to 8pm rather than 9am to 10pm, so if you're planning an evening round it's a weekday job. They also do kids' birthday parties here, so if adventure golf is the theme your child wants, that's on offer too.
