What it’s like
Two indoor 18-hole courses round rockfaces and ruins, plus interactive darts if the putting doesn't fill the visit.
Two full 18-hole courses indoors, weaving round rockfaces and jungle obstacles rather than the usual windmill-and-bridge setup. Putters come in sizes for little hands right up to adults, and the site reckons anyone from age 3 can get round. One course takes about 45 minutes, both together nearer 90, so a three-year-old and a grandparent can both find a pace that suits.
Prices step by age: £6 for under-6s, £12 for the standard adult ticket, £9 if you get there before noon or if you're a student or senior. A family pass covers four players, at least one adult and one under-16, for £37, which undercuts buying four separate tickets. Booking online saves 10% on tickets and food, but walk-ups join the same queue as everyone else, so there's no skip-the-line perk either way.
It's all indoors and pushchair friendly, with lift access down to the courses, so a buggy isn't a problem and neither is a wheelchair. Toilets have baby changing and there are high chairs at the Tiki bar if you're stopping for food. There's no parking on site, but a few car parks are a short walk away.
Opening hours stretch late, 10am to 11pm on Thursday to Saturday, 10am to 9pm on Sunday, which makes it a decent option for an evening round rather than just a daytime filler. Interactive darts is there too if the golf alone doesn't stretch the visit long enough.
