What it’s like
A baby spa where your infant floats in warm, purified water under coloured lights, with infant massage on offer too.
This is a baby spa, not a splash pool. Your little one goes into a heated bath of purified, chlorine-free water, held in a foam and neoprene float, with coloured lights and bubbles going and hydrotherapy jets in the mix. From 8 weeks you can add infant massage, where a trained professional talks you through proper strokes once the float bit's done. It's a gentle 20 minutes in the water, not a full afternoon out, but for a newborn that's plenty.
The age window is tight and worth knowing before you book. Babies need to be at least 2 weeks old with the cord fully healed, and the spa won't take anyone over 16 months. Which float they use depends on age too, a ring float under 6 months, moving to a chest float from 3 months, and a seated float once they're strong enough to sit around 6 months. Once your baby starts crawling, infant massage stops being an option, so there's a real window here rather than an open-ended one.
A few rules feel fussy but make sense once you know why. No creams or oils on your baby beforehand, because it messes with the water. Feed at least half an hour before you arrive, and bring nappies, wipes and a blanket. Only two adults are allowed in per baby given the space, and you should expect to get a bit wet yourself, so pack a change of clothes rather than your best jumper.
The one to sit with is the no-refund policy. If your baby gets unsettled and the session has to be cut short, you don't get your money back, just 10% off next time. That's a gamble with a newborn who might simply not be in the mood that day. Booking is essential and goes through an online platform in advance, with 48 hours notice needed if you want to move things without losing your slot.

Plan your visit
How old does my baby need to be?
At least 2 weeks, with the belly button cord fully healed, and no older than 16 months. Infant massage starts from 8 weeks but stops once your baby is crawling.
How long is the session?
Your baby is usually in the water for up to 20 minutes. If you've booked massage too, that follows the float session.
What if my baby gets unsettled and we can't finish?
Staff won't force it and will cut the session short. There's no refund, but you get 10% off your next booking.
Can grandparents or older siblings come along?
Only two adults per baby due to space. Older siblings can sometimes be fitted in but you need to contact the spa directly to arrange it for your slot.
Do we need to book, and what if we need to cancel?
Yes, booking is essential and done online in advance. Give 48 hours notice and you can move your appointment free within 3 months, as long as your baby's age still fits.
What should I do before we arrive?
Make sure your baby's had a nap and a feed at least 30 minutes before, and skip any creams or moisturisers on their skin. Bring nappies, wipes, milk or formula and a blanket.
Is there parking?
There are two allocated spaces right in front, plus extra spaces in the on-site car park.
