What it’s like
Giant inflatable slides and air drop jumps under one roof, booked by the hour so you know exactly when you're done.
This is bouncing on a proper scale: giant slides, air drop jumps and a mix of obstacles across the arena rather than one bouncy castle in the corner. Under-5s can go on but only with a paying adult right there supervising them, so a toddler visit means you're in your socks too, not sat on the sidelines with a coffee.
Sessions are booked in one or two hour slots and they want you there half an hour early, which feels like a lot of admin for an hour of bouncing but does mean no queuing once you're in. Early bird slots knock the price down a fair bit, £11 instead of £16 for a five-plus, so if you can manage the earlier start it's the one to book. Toddler Time is the cheap option at £5 for under-5s, though the adult still has to pay unless it's that specific session.
Socks with no grips, no exceptions, and nothing sharp on you. There's a weight limit of 21 stone per person worth knowing if a grandparent's joining in, and no bouncing at all if you're pregnant. The café's upstairs with no lift, and you can't bring your own food or drinks in, but pizzas, sandwiches and slushies are sold on site. Parking's free at the retail park but only for four hours, so keep an eye on the clock if you're stretching a two hour session into a longer outing.
Parties start at £100 for ten guests with an hour of bouncing and 45 minutes in a private room, running up to £300 for the Elite package. It's not a cheap afternoon out by soft play standards, but the family ticket, four people for an hour at £40, brings it back down to something reasonable.
