What it’s like
Eighteen holes of dinosaur-themed adventure golf, with every junior needing a paying grown-up alongside them.
You're putting through eighteen holes built around a lost-world theme, dinosaurs and all the obstacles that come with that kind of course. It's outdoor, so a decent day makes it, and the site plays up the sights and sounds of the theme as you go round rather than just plain crazy golf.
The junior rule is worth knowing before you turn up. Every under-13 needs a paying adult with them on the course, and there's no spectating from the side, so if you've got two kids and only one adult, you'll need to think about how that works out. Pre-booking is advised too. You can buy on the door if there's space, but they're upfront that busy days mean a wait or no spaces left.
It's card only, no cash accepted anywhere on site, so leave the coins at home. Parking is free and there's plenty of it, plus disabled spaces and somewhere to lock a bike, but anything over 2.4 metres tall won't get past the barrier, which rules out bigger vans and motorhomes.
The course itself is wheelchair, mobility scooter and pushchair friendly, so getting round with a buggy or wheels isn't a problem here.
