What it’s like
A big multi-level play frame with slides and rope bridges, plus a separate baby space and toddler hut for the smaller ones.
The main frame is the obvious pull here: slides, rope bridges and slopes across several levels, enough to keep a seven or eight-year-old busy for a proper stretch. There's a toddler hut tucked into the frame for the smaller climbers, a construction area with foam bricks and a playhouse, and a separate baby soft play space with blocks and rockers for the ones not walking yet. A football pitch and basketball court are there too if the frame's not enough.
Socks are compulsory for anyone using the frame, kids and supervising adults alike, and they don't sell them on site, so bring your own. You can't bring food or drink from home either, aside from weaning babies, but the cafe does hot meals, snacks, paninis, fries and breakfasts, with plant-based options and cakes going.
Birthday parties run on weekends with an hour on the frame followed by 45 minutes upstairs for food and party dances. A standard party is £13.95 a child and needs at least 10 children, up to 25. A private party is £17.95 a child, minimum 15, also up to 25. There's an earlybird slot at 9am on weekends for £10.95 a child, again minimum 15. If your child's invited to a party but you've also got a younger sibling in tow, you can pay £4.95 on the door for them to play, though that has to be sorted in person rather than online.
Term-time Toddler Get-Togethers for the under-5s run at £10 a child, small groups of 5 to 15. Booking's required throughout, and it's worth knowing you can't change a session day or time once it's booked, so double check before you confirm.
