What it’s like
Five and seven-a-side football on all-weather pitches, junior coaching for 5 to 12s, and parties with a host who runs the games.
It's football, mostly outside, on ProTurf arenas you hire by the player. Turn up with five or seven and you've got a pitch: £6 each for five-a-side, £8 each for seven-a-side. Junior coaching runs Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30pm to 7pm and Saturday mornings from 9:30am to 11am, £8 a session or £72 for a ten-week block, and it's aimed at 5 to 12 year olds. If your child is five and has never played in a proper match, the Saturday morning slot is the gentler introduction.
The parties are the main event, and the site is upfront about how they run. Two hours, split into 90 minutes of football and 30 minutes of food, with a host who takes the training, runs the games or referees the match. Build Your Own is £8 a child, Championship £13, Premier £18, and there's 20% off with the code KP2026. The catch: parties are priced on a minimum of ten children, and extra children above ten cost 10% of the price of ten each. If fewer turn up than you've paid for above the minimum, you aren't charged for the no-shows, which is a small mercy when half the team goes down with something on the Friday.
Food is a buffet platter from pizza, chicken strips, hot dogs and fries, and you pick two. You can't bring your own, so no supermarket cake, and a birthday cake only comes with the Premier package or as an add-on. Upgrades like Slushie for All and ice cream are there if you want to push the spend. Bubble football and holiday camps sit alongside the usual coaching.
The pitches are all-weather, so rain doesn't cancel anything, though they ask for waterproofs or a change of clothes. Boots can't have metal or bladed studs, so check the bag before you set off. Parking is free and staffed on site, and Elmers End station is right next door if you'd rather not drive. Every party comes with a Kickabout Pass for a return game.
