What it’s like
Wall-to-wall trampolines, foam pits and a dodgeball court for an hour or two of proper bouncing, plus a rainforest course and under-5s soft play.
Bouncing's the headline here, but there's more going on than just trampolines. Kids leap into foam pits, have a go on the climbing walls, work their way round the balance beams and interactive challenges, then finish on a full-size dodgeball court that gets surprisingly competitive. There's a rainforest adventure course too, and if you've got an under-5, they get their own soft play area away from the bigger kids' chaos.
Sessions are timed and you book them in advance, from an hour up to two for Open Jump. Turn up late and you don't get extra time tacked on, the clock keeps running, so it's worth building in a few spare minutes. Everyone under 16 needs an adult with them, and if you're bringing a toddler along, whoever's supervising a 1 to 3 year old has to be 18 or over. Grip socks are compulsory and it has to be the Go Wild! brand, no exceptions, so budget for a pair if you don't already own some.
It's a cashless site through and through, cafe included, so leave the coins at home and bring a card instead. The cafe does hot food like paninis and jacket potatoes alongside the usual snacks and drinks, and you can sit in there before or after your session even once your slot's finished. Parking's free, which softens the blow of the socks a bit.
Parties run from £28 a child with a minimum of ten, and you can't bring your own cakes or decorations, that part's handled for you. Access to the equipment itself isn't step-free, though there's a lift on site and carers can get in free with the right evidence if you're supporting a disabled visitor.

Plan your visit
How much does it cost?
Open Jump starts at £15 for an hour, £20 for two hours. Toddler sessions and soft play for under-5s come in cheaper, from £8 to £13.
Do we need to book?
Booking ahead is strongly recommended. Walk-ins aren't guaranteed a spot if a session's full, especially at weekends and holidays.
What are the opening times?
Doors open at 9:30am with sessions starting from 10am. That's Friday to Monday in term time, every day in the school holidays.
Is it any good for a toddler?
There's a dedicated Toddler Time session and a soft play area for under-5s. Anyone supervising a child aged 1 to 3 needs to be 18 or older.
What if we're late for our slot?
You'll still get in, but the session end time doesn't move, so you just lose the minutes you missed.
Can we bring our own snacks?
No outside food or drink is allowed, apart from baby food. The cafe does hot meals, snacks and drinks instead.
Do you take cash?
Card only, everywhere on site including the cafe. Set up contactless on your phone if you'd rather not carry a card.
What do we need to wear?
Go Wild! grip socks are compulsory and other brands aren't allowed in, though you can buy them at reception. Loose sports clothing is best, and jewellery needs to come off before you jump.
Is there parking?
Free parking on site, though it's subject to availability so don't leave it too last-minute on a busy day.
Can we leave and come back during our visit?
You can pop out and return, but take the kids and your belongings with you. Anything left behind isn't the venue's responsibility.
Do you do birthday parties?
There's a Silver package at £28 a child and a Gold at £31, both needing a minimum of ten children. You can't bring your own cake or decorations, it's all arranged through them.
Is it accessible for wheelchair users?
There's a lift on site, but the equipment itself isn't step-free, so it may not suit everyone. Carers accompanying a disabled visitor can get in free with the right evidence, like DLA, PIP or an Access Card.
