This is a gym for grown-ups, not a family day out, so let's talk about what you'd actually get out of it. The equipment list is proper stuff: Pure Strength machines, cable stations, cardio, functional training zones and a decent-sized free weights area, all Technogym kit rather than the bargain-bin gear you find in some chain gyms. Being open 24 hours a day is the obvious selling point if your life doesn't fit neatly into a 6am-to-10pm window, whether that's shift work or just wanting the place to yourself at 5am.
If you want more structure than wandering between machines, there's a studio with qualified coaches doing one-to-one sessions and classes, plus something called The Coaching Collective for members chasing performance or strength goals rather than a general tone-up. They say the workouts suit every level, so it's not just for people who already know their way round a squat rack.
