What it’s like
Three-tier play frame, ball pool and craft tables under one roof, with age-specific areas so toddlers and older kids aren't fighting for space.
The big draw is the three-tier frame with its slide, plus a ball pool, tunnels and swings for the climbers, and craft tables set apart for anyone who fancies a sit-down. The age-specific play areas mean a crawling baby and a nine-year-old can both be let loose without the little one getting steamrollered, which is the sort of detail that actually matters on a Saturday.
It's £6 a child and adults go in free, which softens the blow a bit. Term-time mornings have Tots Club running 9am to 3pm for £4.50, a decent shout if you've got a pre-schooler and fancy dodging the holiday crowds. Socks are compulsory on the equipment and there's a height cap of 4ft 9in, so once your child's shot up you're out of options here.
There's a café on site for coffee, cake and kids' food, with a hot drink and cake bundle at £4.99 if that's your kind of morning. You can't bring in outside food or drink, baby food and formula aside, which is fair enough but still catches people out at the door. Parking's free, so that's one less thing to budget for.
Birthday parties are £12 a child, covering an hour of soft play and another 30 minutes for food and gifts, with a party host, party bags and unlimited squash thrown in. You need a minimum of 8 children booked on and that minimum charge applies even if fewer turn up, so it pays to chase RSVPs before the day. Sessions can get capped at 90 minutes when it's busy, which is worth bearing in mind if you were planning a long, lazy visit.

Is there an age or height limit?
Yes, children need to be under 12 and under 4ft 9in tall for the soft play area.
What about food?
There's a café doing coffee, cake and kids' meals, with a hot drink and cake bundle for £4.99. You can't bring your own food in, apart from baby food and formula.

How much are birthday parties and what's included?

Can under-3s come to parties?
They run plenty of parties for under-3s and the host tailors things to the age group, including what goes in the party bags.
Can you cater for allergies at parties?
They can't guarantee a nut-free environment, so care is needed if anyone in the group has a nut allergy.
