What it’s like

A sports bar with 35 screens, shuffleboard and electric darts, plus bandeoke and live bands some nights.

This one's less about kids' activities and more about a night out that happens to have games in it. There's shuffleboard and electric darts to have a go on, and 35 HD screens for whatever match is on, so it works if you've got teenagers who'd rather be doing something than sat watching adults eat.

Thursday is bandeoke, karaoke with a live band backing you, and Friday and Saturday bring live bands too. That pushes this firmly towards an evening-out venue rather than an afternoon one, and with it open until midnight Thursday to Saturday, it's not really built around an early bedtime.

Food covers pizzas, burgers, kebabs and salads, with gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options listed, so a fussy eater and a vegetarian parent can both find something on the same table. Doors open at midday every day, which gives you a decent stretch if you fancy an early shuffleboard session before the evening crowd and the live music turns it into more of a grown-up night.
