Sessions are split by stage rather than lumping every baby into one room. Newborns get soothing music and sensory play pitched at their pace, while mobile babies get the upbeat songs and movement that a wriggly six-month-old actually wants to join in with. Every session ends with baby massage, which is a nice way to bring the energy back down before you're both back out in the car park.
