What it’s like
Woodland-style laser tag missions like Death Match and Zombie Survival, booked in two-hour blocks for groups of eight and up.
This is proper mission-based laser tag, not just running about with a phaser. You book a two-hour slot and play through things like Death Match and Zombie Survival, with the site splitting sessions into Regular or Elite Deployment depending on what kit you go for. It's set up for eight-year-olds and up, so it suits the sort of group who can handle a briefing and actually follow the objectives rather than just spray and pray.
The minimum group size is eight, which is worth knowing before you try to book a smaller birthday party. If your numbers are short they'll look at joining you with another group, which is fine if you don't mind sharing the mission with strangers but a bit of a faff if you'd pictured it as just your lot. Sessions run at 10:30am or 2pm, and turning up late is a real risk here: they warn latecomers can wait up to an hour and might not get the full session in, which would sting after paying for a two-hour slot.
Prices start at £24 a head for groups of eight or more on Regular Deployment, rising to £27 if you're a smaller individual booking, with Elite Deployment sitting at £26 for the bigger groups. Booking needs a £50 deposit that isn't refundable, and cancelling within seven days of your slot means the full charge applies, so this isn't one to book on a whim and change your mind about later. There's secure parking on site with room for coaches, which makes it straightforward if you're bringing a big birthday group.
Term time weekdays it opens 10am to 12:30pm and again 1:30pm to 5pm, while weekends and school holidays it's afternoons only, 1:30pm to 5pm. Elite Deployment coveralls are apparently on the warm side for summer sessions, so worth bearing in mind if you're booking that option on a hot day.

Plan your visit
How much does it cost?
£24 a head for groups of eight or more on Regular Deployment, £26 for Elite Deployment, or £27 if you're booking as an individual rather than part of an eight-plus group.
Do we need to book in advance?
Yes, and you'll need a £50 deposit that isn't refundable. Sessions are typically at 10:30am or 2pm.
What's the minimum age?
Eight years old, and the missions are structured enough that younger kids would probably struggle to keep up.
What happens if we're late?
You could wait up to an hour to join in, and you might not get the full session, so it pays to arrive with time to spare.
Can we book a smaller group?
The minimum is eight players. If you're short on numbers they may combine you with another group booking.
Is there parking?
There's a secure car park on site with space for coaches, useful if you're bringing a big birthday group.
