What it’s like
Arcades, VR and a brick zone bundled into packages, with a family swim and gaming deal thrown in too.
This is one for the kids who want the arcade, the VR headset and the ball pool all in one go, rather than picking just one thing. The GameX Experience Package is the obvious starter: an hour of gaming, an hour in the Brick Zone, then a 20-minute inflatable session, all for £15. There's also a Brickzone Bundle at the same price if you'd rather swap the inflatables for more building time.
The darts options are where it gets interesting. Interactive Darts is £15 an hour, but the Bottomless Darts Duel at £35 a head buys you two hours of bottomless drinks at Camelot Lounge alongside 30 minutes of darts, which is clearly built for the grown-ups as much as anyone under twelve. If you've got toddlers in tow, the Ball Pool Challenge is a much gentler £2.50 a person and won't break the bank if you're just popping in for half an hour.
The one that actually makes sense for a whole afternoon is the Family Swim & Game Package: £49 covers two adults and two children for an hour of swimming, an hour of gaming, plus the steam room and sauna if the adults fancy a sit down while the kids tire themselves out elsewhere. It's not cheap, but bundled together it works out fairer than paying for swimming and gaming separately.
Opening hours are weekends and school holidays only, 10am to 6pm, so this isn't a term-time weekday drop-in. Birthday parties get 1.5 hours of gaming and activities plus food and cake cutting, run either in the café or the inflatable area. There's a monthly membership at £30 too, handy if you know you'll be back more than once.
