What it’s like
A holiday club where kids pick a morning and afternoon activity from archery to pottery to Nerf battles.
Rather than one set programme, your child picks a session for the morning and another for the afternoon, from a list that runs to over 80 activities across the year, things like archery, pottery, animal encounters, basketball and a Nerf Challenge. It's Ofsted registered, so there's proper structure behind the choosing, and a 20 minute break halfway through each session for a snack and a breather.
Drop off is flexible between 8am and 9.30am, with pick up anywhere from 4pm to 6pm, or you can book the whole day and come and go as you need. The actual activity sessions run 9.30 to 12 and 1.30 to 3.30, so anything outside those windows is free play. Ages 3 to 12 are covered, which is a decent spread for a holiday club, though the younger end will need to be genuinely ready for a full day away from you.
Pack a lunch if your child is staying past 1pm, there's no microwave on site so it needs to be a proper packed lunch rather than something to heat up. Trainers or practical shoes are worth sending given the sports on offer, and a coat if rain looks likely. One to watch: cancel within 48 hours of the booking start and you lose the fee entirely.
Booking by the week works out cheaper than single sessions if you know you need a few days running, and you can also just book individual half days if that suits your week better.
