What it’s like
A big Indian and South Asian menu covering street food, curries, biryanis and thalis, open daily into the evening.
This is a proper sit-down curry house menu, not a quick set of tikka masala and a naan. There's Indian street food alongside the mains, so you can start with pani puri or a samosa chaat for £5.95 before moving on to something heavier. Starters run from £3.75 for chips up to £8.95 for chicken lollypop, and if you can't decide there's a veg platter at £12.99 or a mixed grill at £14.99 to share across the table.
The mains list is long. Curries mostly sit around £12 to £13, with the seafood options costing more: machhi curry is £14.95 and jhinga malai curry tops the menu at £16.95. If you want to try a bit of everything, the veg or non veg thali is the way to do it, at £16.95 and £17.95, and gives you a proper spread on one plate rather than picking one curry and hoping. Biryanis are £13.99 to £14.99 and come separately from the rice and bread, so factor in a naan or two on top of your main.
It's open midday to 10pm most days, with Sunday closing half an hour earlier at 9.30pm. There's no booking link listed. Puddings are simple and traditional, gulab jamun or rasmalai at £4.99 each, a fair way to finish after a table full of curry.
Plan your visit
What time is it open?
Midday to 10pm Monday to Saturday, and midday to 9.30pm on Sunday.

How much does a meal cost?
Starters start around £4 to £8, mains mostly sit between £11 and £17, and rice or bread is extra on top.
Is there a vegetarian option?
Plenty. Paneer dishes, chana masala, dal makhani and a full veg thali are all on the menu, alongside a veg platter starter.
What's the most expensive dish?
Jhinga Malai Curry at £16.95, followed by the non veg thali at £17.95.
Can we get a curry to share?
The Chef's Special Veg Mix or a thali both give you a spread rather than one dish each.
Are there starters that aren't fried?
The street food side, like pani puri and dabeli, is lighter than the fried starters such as samosa or chicken lollypop.
What about dessert?
Gulab jamun or rasmalai, both £4.99.
Do they do biryani?
Yes, vegetable at £13.99 or chicken and lamb at £14.99 each, with rice and bread charged separately.
Is there a set menu or thali?
A veg thali is £16.95 and a non veg thali £17.95, both giving a wider taste of the menu on one plate.
