Parks & Playgrounds in Norwich
Catton Park is the one to know here. It sits a little way out from the centre, free to get into, with woodland paths, wood sculptures to spot along the way and a wildflower meadow that's lovely when it's in bloom. There's parking on site and the paths are flat enough for pushchairs and wheelchairs, with dog walkers and buggies sharing the space easily. It works well for toddlers who want a gentle wander and older kids who fancy hunting down every sculpture before heading home. There's no entry fee, which helps if you're after a free morning out, and it's reachable by public transport as well as by car. Pack snacks though, as there's nothing to buy once you're there.
