Outdoor Gyms & Trim Trails in Norwich

If you're after a proper outdoor workout in Norwich, the choice is small but useful. Henderson Community Park, about a couple of miles out from the centre, is free to use and has climbing rocks, a three-wall climbing feature and a cinder running track alongside the toddler play area. It's more park than gym, but there's enough there to get your heart rate up. Closer in, Bailey's Bootcamp Fitness runs outdoor group sessions using tyres, kettlebells and resistance bands, with an early bird drop-in from £6. For a free option with equipment you can dip into on your own terms, Henderson Park's the one, and it's easy enough to bring the kids along for a play while you're at it. If you want structure and someone pushing you through it, book onto a Bailey's session instead. Both are outdoors, so check the weather before you head out, and neither needs anything special beyond trainers and a bit of nerve for the climbing rocks.
