Italian & Pizza in Newcastle

Grey Street does a nice line in Italian, right by the Theatre Royal. Zizzi's got pizza and pasta on the menu, and high chairs and toilets if you need them. Just along the same street, Carluccio's leans more towards pasta and antipasti, with the same practical bits sorted (toilets, high chairs, step-free access). Neither does soft play, so this isn't the spot for a run-around before or after dinner. Both are indoors, both take wheelchairs, and both are close enough to the centre to pair with a trip to the theatre or a wander round town. With only two on the list and both a few doors apart, it's really down to whether you fancy pizza or you're in the mood for antipasti first.
