Trampoline Parks in Manchester

Manchester's trampoline scene is more about the towns around it than the city centre itself. Closest in is Salford Trampoline Centre, from £14, which skips the free-bounce approach for gymnastics style trampolining with beams, bars and a tumble track. Out at Stockport, Jump Heaven has foam pits, an indoor zip line and a toddler session for under-fives, from £12. Flip Out Rochdale is the cheapest entry at £5 and adds a climbing tower alongside its foam pit. For something outdoors, Open Air Bounce in Bolton is giant bouncy castles and a fairground carousel on a field, but it only runs in school holidays and needs dry weather, so have a backup plan. If your children are little, Jump Heaven's toddler session is the safest bet, while older kids after a proper workout should head for Salford's structured skills sessions. Rochdale wins on price if you're bouncing on a budget.
