Ice Rinks in Glasgow

Glasgow doesn't have a rink right in the centre, but Braehead Ice Centre is close enough to make a proper afternoon of it. There's a Wee Ones session for the smallest skaters still finding their feet, and an Ice Disco for the ones who'd rather not be seen enjoying themselves too openly. It's got on-site food and blue badge parking, plus bike parking if you're coming from nearby, and it's reachable by public transport too. If you're taking a toddler, go for Wee Ones rather than a general public session, it's calmer and less likely to end in tears (yours or theirs). Older kids and teenagers tend to gravitate towards the Ice Disco, which has more energy and music to match. Whichever slot you pick, sort skate hire and check session times before you set off, as rinks like this tend to run a fixed timetable rather than allowing skating all day.
