Women's Circle

A free women's circle at Warrington Museum with meditation, breathwork, journaling and a sharing circle, for women 16+.

As the year turns towards winter, this women's circle at Warrington Museum and Art Gallery is a chance to slow down and reflect together. The session includes meditation to ground the energy, gentle breathwork to soothe the nervous system, journaling with prompts to explore your thoughts, and a sharing circle to connect with other women in a supportive space. It's open to all women aged 16 and over, whether you've been to a circle before or not, and takes place in the museum's art gallery. Bring a journal and pen, something comfortable to sit on, and a yoga mat or blanket as part of the session involves lying down. The event is free but not suitable for pregnant women, and booking is by email with Amanda Moore. As it's a fully subsidised session, they ask that you try to attend if you book a place.
