Ghost Tour at the Ancient High House

Over-18s lamp-led ghost tour of the Ancient High House, Stafford, with two time slots on the night.

This is a night-time, lamp-led ghost tour of the Ancient High House in Stafford (listed here under Stafford Castle, though the tour itself takes place at the Ancient High House on Greengate Street). It's for over-18s only, and a guide leads you through the building's history as a residential home, civil war prison, school and antique shop, along with the ghost stories attached to each room. The tour lasts 60 minutes and includes tea and coffee. There are two sessions on the night, one from 7pm to 8pm and another from 8.15pm to 9.15pm. Pre-booking is required and you're asked to arrive 10 minutes before your slot. The event runs across three floors with 17 steps between each, and staff are on hand to help if needed.
