Garden Tours

Guided tours of York Museum Gardens every Saturday and Sunday, meeting outside the Yorkshire Museum.

A member of the Gardens Team leads a walk through York Museum Gardens, taking in the botanical collections, the ruins of St Mary's Abbey and the wider grounds. Meet outside the Yorkshire Museum for the start of the tour. There's no need to book, and a suggested donation of £5 helps support the gardens' upkeep. Private garden tours can also be arranged separately for groups who want a dedicated visit.
