A 10th anniversary production of Lucy Kirkwood's drama The Children, starring Declan Conlon, Kerry Fox and Meera Syal.
Hazel and Robin are trying to keep life going as normal as they can on the edge of a radiation exclusion zone, with yoga, parsnip wine and old routines, when their old friend Rose turns up with buried secrets and a proposition that tests their loyalties. Lucy Kirkwood's gripping, darkly funny drama is directed by Artistic Director Rachel O'Riordan for this 10th anniversary production at the Lyric Hammersmith's Main House, running 90 minutes with age guidance of 14+. Tickets run from £15 to £55, with a £2 restoration levy per basket on standard purchases. There's a free post-show Q&A with Lucy Kirkwood and Rachel O'Riordan on Tuesday 15 September for ticket holders to that performance, and access performances include one complimentary carer/companion seat per full price access ticket.
