Bookbug

Free weekly songs, stories and rhymes session for babies and under-5s at Govanhill Library.

Bookbug is a free, relaxed drop-in session for babies, toddlers and children under 5, accompanied by their parents or carers. Each session lasts 30-45 minutes and is packed with songs, stories and rhymes, giving children a chance to build social and language skills while grown-ups get to spend some quality time with them and meet other parents and carers along the way. At Govanhill Library the session runs every Saturday from 11:00 to 11:30. It's free with no ticket needed, just turn up, though spaces are limited and given out on a first come first served basis.
