parkrun at Delamere Forest

Free 5km timed run around Delamere Forest, every Saturday at 9am, open to all abilities.

Delamere parkrun sets off every Saturday at 9am from Delamere Forest, taking runners, joggers and walkers on a 5km route through the woods. It's free to take part and there's no requirement to be fast or experienced, people of all abilities are welcome to walk, jog or run the course. You'll need to register with parkrun in advance and bring your own barcode to be scanned at the finish, which lets you get your time recorded. It's a regular weekly fixture rather than a one-off event, so you can turn up as often as you like once you're signed up.
