What it’s like
A toddler-sized play structure in Headingley for the under-fives, with £12.50 daily play and Saturday party slots.
This one's built for the small ones. The play structure is designed specifically for toddlers, so there's none of the usual scramble with bigger kids barrelling past a two-year-old. Ages run 0 to 5, which tells you exactly who this is for and who it isn't.
Daily play is £12.50, and Monday to Friday you just pay on the door. If you want a table for four you can pre-book that online instead, which is worth doing if you're meeting other parents and don't fancy standing about with a buggy waiting for a spot.
Parking's the bit to sort out before you leave the house. On-site parking is limited and first come first served. If you're coming by bus, the 1, 6, 28 or 97 all stop in Headingley under two minutes away, which might be the easier option if the car park's full.
Birthday parties get a two-hour private hire slot on Saturdays, either 11:30 to 1:30 or 2:30 to 4:30, with buffet and drinks packages on top of the £125 booking fee. One thing to flag: cancel with less than 72 hours' notice and you don't get a refund, so if your toddler's plans are as reliable as most toddlers' plans, book with that in mind.
