What it’s like

An outdoor concrete park with flat banks, ledges, grind rails and a full-length quarter, free to skate any time.

This is a proper street-style layout rather than a bowl, so it suits skateboards, scooters and BMX riders who want to link lines together. There's a stair set and manny pad for anyone working on technical tricks, flat banks and ledges for the basics, and a full-length quarter at one end for picking up speed and getting some height.

It's outdoors and free to use, no booking, no entry fee. That also means there's no one running the place.

There's bike parking on site if you're riding down, plus toilets and parking nearby, and it's reachable by public transport too. Being outdoors, a dry evening or weekend morning is going to be a better bet than turning up after rain, when concrete parks like this get slippery.

Given the mix of features, from beginner-friendly ledges through to the stair set and manny pad for more confident riders, it works whether you've got someone just starting out on a scooter or a teenager who's after a proper challenge.

Is it free to use?

Yes, there's no entry fee and no booking needed. You just turn up.

Is it suitable for beginners?

There are flat banks and ledges that suit less confident riders, alongside a stair set and manny pad for those wanting more of a challenge. It's on the more technical side, so complete beginners might find the stair set daunting at first.

Is there parking?

Are there toilets?

Toilets are available on site.
