What it’s like

An indoor ramp park where kids and teens turn up with a skateboard or scooter and get coached through drops and rails by professionals.

This is a proper indoor skatepark, not a scooter track bolted onto a soft play. Sessions are booked in three-hour chunks and the site lists learn to ride coaching for skateboarding alongside dedicated scooter coaching, so a six-year-old wobbling on a scooter for the first time and a fourteen-year-old chasing a new trick on the ramps can both turn up and get something out of it.

The minimum age is 6, and anyone between 6 and 10 has to be accompanied by a parent or guardian while they're on the ramps, which is fair enough given the equipment but worth knowing before you plan to drop off and leave. Sessions run £15 a go in term time and holidays alike, jumping to £20 for the Saturday and Sunday evening holiday slots. If your kid is properly hooked, the £60 Monday to Friday week pass works out cheaper per session, and there's an £80 version that throws in food for the week.

Term time evenings are short and sharp, 6pm to 9pm most weeknights and a bit later on Fridays. Weekends and school holidays open it right up, with three separate slots most days starting from 10:30am on Sundays, so there's more flexibility to fit round nap times or Saturday football. You do need to book by phone rather than just turning up, which is an extra step but means you're not queuing at the door hoping there's space left.

Birthday parties run here too, on request rather than as a fixed package.
